The UK's major banks have pledged to lend 190 Million GBP in 2011 to small and medium businesses in the UK and also to pay lower bonuses. The four big banks Royal Bank Of Scotland, HSBC, Barclays and Lloyds are meant to confirm this in talks taking place later today:
